Potential tenants

Vanilla will vet all tenants, provide documentation including guarantors and provide accompanied viewings until the property is let. We will also use our extensive student database to market the property to past enquires and existing tenants.

Rent Collection

Our team will receive the rent from tenants on a monthly or on a termly basis. The net funds are then forwarded to you along with a rental statement. If it suits you better, the rent can come directly to you and we will invoice accordingly. 


Vanilla uses the deposit protection scheme. We can hold a deposit for you or alternatively you can hold your own property deposits.
